About Rooted Calm

I’m Tamara Miller, a qualified hypnotherapist with over three years of experience supporting people through anxiety, low confidence, fear-based patterns, and nervous-system overwhelm.

My approach is warm, grounded, and integrative — blending hypnotherapy, mind–body awareness, gentle behavioural change, and an understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress, safety, and past experiences.

I believe that change happens naturally when we feel safe, supported, and understood.

Rooted Calm was created as a space where clients can settle, slow down, and reconnect with the steadiness within themselves.
